Product Warranties

MOLE Overland offers a limited warranty based on manufacturing defects or fitment issues due to production errors. Please contact us through the contact form if you have a warranty-related issue.


The shipping company is liable for any damage to an item during transit and any claims made regarding damage must be made with the shipping company directly. MOLE Overland accepts no responsibility for products after they have left our warehouse, however we will assist you in making your claim in any way possible.

Returns and Refunds

Items may be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery to customer as long as they are in new condition with no damage or wear and retain original tags and packaging. If you received what you ordered and there are no defects or warranty-related issues, you will be responsible to pay the return shipping charges. Funds will be returned via original payment method and may take up to 14 days to process.

Special Orders

Special Orders and custom projects will be provided a full estimate ahead of time and will require a deposit of at least 50% before the project is started. All Special Order items and Custom Projects may not be returned. If the item is already in production and the customer wishes to cancel, their deposit will not be returned.


MOLE Overland is a subsidiary of Adventuremobile Inc. Please note that all orders will receive a receipt from Adventuremobile.
